Shipping

Where we ship: United States.

Processing: 1–3 business days.

Delivery: 10–15 business days after dispatch. We are a small shop and we do not hold warehouse stock — items ship directly from our supply partners, which is how the prices stay where they are. We would rather tell you this here than surprise you at the doorstep.

Shipping cost: Free on all US orders. No surprise charge at checkout.

Bundles and multi-item orders: If your order has more than one item — including gift sets like the Reset Ritual Box — the pieces may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each parcel is tracked on its own and you get a tracking number for each.

Tracking: Emailed as soon as each parcel is dispatched. If tracking hasn't moved within 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it.

Delays: Customs, weather and carrier backlogs happen. If your order passes 20 business days from dispatch undelivered, contact us — we'll replace it or refund it, your choice.

Wrong address: Please double-check at checkout. If a parcel returns to sender for a bad address we'll reship once you confirm the correct one; return costs may apply.

Damaged or missing: Email within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
